AlpuSol was created in July 2004. It is owned and run by Nicol Simpson after her working relationships with local estate agents. AlpuSol together with Nicol's experienced team, ensures a high standard of service and understanding of clients individual needs, here we put buyers_ interest first.
   We speak three different languages - Spanish, English & German and are familiar with all the local services and the legal processes involved with buying and selling in the Alpujarras - la Contraviesa, the Sierra Nevada Natural & National Park. This area is usually 1,000 m above sea level. AlpuSol office is based in the centre of the Alpujarras, in a small village named Bérchules at 1,450m above sea level.
   We will ensure that the property deeds are in good order and AlpuSol will as part of its service carry out the transfer of the property and the utilities to your name.
   Your presence will only be required at the Notary's for the signing of the deeds. You will however have to pay for the obligatory declared property tax, the Registration fees and the Notary_s fee. Please view the Clients Comments of clients who bought through AlpuSol.
